Do not include www. in the address.
On the supervisor page are those supposed to be links? It is just showing up as a bulleted list. Im not sure how this is useful to me?

I have student that keeps losing documents that she uploads for her class. Who can help her to make sure she is doing things right? I am concerned that she may be doing something or missing one tiny detail and she needs to be consistent.

I have a problem, with my micrograde account; I can’t access my class. The problem is not that it isn’t listed but I can see my work from last semester.

Once you are logged in, you will need to change the current term listed under My Settings
I cannot figure out how to make my course have a digital drop-box. I thought there was one already, but now I don’t see it? Any ideas?

You have to add the tool if it isn’t already there. Go to Manage Course > Tools > Check the Assignment tool and then Save at the bottom.
Why are so many of my students’ names in red on webct? I’ve never seen this many in red before.

They must have unenrolled. You can hide those names by clicking the Grade Book Options button and then Hide Unenrolled Member Data. Banner is the official roster and I have never seen anyone unenrolled unless Banner or the instructor unenrolls them.
Why would I not have students listed in my grade book for my online class that are enrolled in the course? I’m concerned that they are not taking the assessments before their tests.

They may have enrolled late and were not pushed into the course through a manual process. They might be on the next page (navigation in the bottom right corner). They may have unenrolled.
For the last hour I have been trying to grade papers on Web CT. Anything in the Word format (.doc or .docx) will not download. If it has been saved as a .jpg, it downloads just fine.

Whatever it was, it seems to be ok now. I just downloaded three .docx files from your course. It took maybe five seconds for the first Save As window to come up.
